One-off is a single 30-day pack, delivered once. Subscription gives you a new 30-day pack every month for as long as you’re subscribed. Same form and delivery process for both.
Your first subscription pack is delivered 30 days after your one-off pack. That way you get continuous content with no overlap—your one-off covers days 1–30, your first subscription pack covers days 31–60, and so on. You can upgrade from the intake form after your one-off purchase; your answers will be pre-filled.

You get them with your next caption pack—not right away. You can add Story Ideas later from your account (e.g. Manage subscription / Manage billing). Want Stories in your first pack? Add the add-on when you complete your order.
Yes. You can update your details (voice, audience, business name, etc.) anytime from your account. Edits are free and your changes are reflected in your next captions and stories pack, not in packs already delivered. Adding Story Ideas or additional platforms may require an additional charge.
Platforms are changed in Edit form only—not in Manage subscription. Go to your account → Edit form and open the form for your order. To add more platforms (if you have fewer than 4): use the "Add another platform" link (+£29 one-off / +£19/mo), go to checkout, and pay. Extra platforms are delivered with your next pack, not instantly. To change or reduce platforms (e.g. swap TikTok for Pinterest or reduce from 3 to 2): edit the form and submit—you'll be asked to accept the new price. Changes apply to your next pack.
Share your referral link from your account (Refer a friend). When a friend signs up and buys captions using your link, they get 10% off their first purchase. You get 10% off your next captions subscription billing period for each friend who completes a purchase. Discounts don't stack: two referrals = 10% off your next two billing periods (one 10% off per period), not 20% off one period.
Yes. In the form, fill in the Key date section and tell us what’s happening and when (must be within the next 30 days of your caption set). We’ll tailor your captions: pre-date builds anticipation, on the day we announce, after we shift to thank-you and feedback. Include dates in your description for accuracy (e.g. Valentine’s sale Feb 10–14, 20% off ends 28 Feb, Black Friday weekend).
